Shipping policy
All orders typically take 7-10 days processing and up to 2 weeks shipping (more for Regional Australia and International collectors).
Natasha Mott is not liable for lost post, packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses, or any other fault carried out by selected postal service. Refunds/replacement of goods will unfortunately not be provided in these circumstances.
Domestic
A flat rate of $15.00 for all original paintings and all print sizes, and a rate of $5 for greeting cards is applied to all domestic orders and will have tracked shipping within Australia. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details when your order is on its way.
We send all Australian orders with Australia Post and Toll.
We print to order so please allow up to 20 days for your order to arrive. Regional Australia can take up to an additional 20 working days for your order to arrive.
Original Artworks are available for pick up from Greenwood WA 6024 by appointment only. Please use PICKUP code in the discount code section at checkout. This will remove the shipping. We will get in touch with you to arrange a suitable time to collect.
International
A flat rate of $40.00 AUD is applied to all International orders
International orders are tracked, and you will be provided with the tracking number once your order is placed.
Shipping internationally can mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country as these charges vary depending on the shipping destination. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please note that Natasha Mott is not liable for any import duties, taxes, levies, or customs fees that your country of residence charges you for the receiving of your item. Please familiarise yourself with the import duties, taxes and charges that your country of residence applies to items being sent from Australia. These are some examples of fees you may be charged by customs for importing an item: GST, LEVIES, DUTIES, STORAGE, ENTRY, INSPECTION, ADMINISTRATION.
