I changed my mind, can I return my item? Yes for original art, you may try them on your wall and if you decide its not for you, you can 100% return the art work. All original art must be returned in its original packaging and without damage for a full refund. You have 30days from day of delivery to decide if she's a keeper or not.
No for all prints and print products. Unfortunately for prints and products such as greeting cards and calendars their is no change of mind refund offered.
I received my purchase and it is not what I ordered, can I return it? Yes. In the unlikely event that your order is mixed up, we will happily send you the correct item. We will reimburse you for any cost incurred returning the incorrect item to us.
I received my purchase and it is damaged or faulty, can I return it? Yes. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, we will happily replace or refund your item.
How long does it take to processing refunds? We will process approved refunds back into your account. This refund takes up to 10 business for Shopify to process. Your financial institutions may take up to 4 days. This means it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Do you offer returns on sale items? Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items.
How long do I have to contact you to ask about a return or refund? We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If return shipping is required, and the cost of shipping exceeds the original shipping amount, Natasha Mott must agree in writing to these costs prior to sending. If no agreement is made, return shipping will be covered up to the amount of $15 AUD.
